Draft. Have a lawyer review before launch.LoadCycle is operated by [Legal business name] ("we"). This policy explains what we collect when you visit loadcycle.cc or use LoadCycle, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Forms you fill out: your name, business name, email and service area when you request a free resource, join a list or check out.
- Your account: your login email, business details, and the settings you save.
- Data you put into LoadCycle: your accounts and contacts, jobs, prices, notes, photos and files you upload, and messages you draft or send through LoadCycle. You own this data.
- Data your customers send you: when a property manager or partner uses your request link, we store their name, contact details, the property address, job details and photos for you. We process it on your behalf to deliver it to you.
- Payments: Stripe processes payments. We never see or store your full card number.
- Usage: basic logs such as pages visited, IP address and browser, used to keep the service running and secure.
How we use it
- To provide LoadCycle, deliver what you asked for, and send account emails such as receipts, reminders and reports.
- To send you occasional emails about LoadCycle. Every one has an unsubscribe link.
- To keep the service secure, fix problems, and meet legal obligations.
Who we share it with
We don't sell personal information. We use service providers to run LoadCycle: Supabase (database, sign-in and file storage), our cloud hosting providers (servers and website hosting), Stripe (payments), SendGrid (account emails), Anthropic (AI-written drafts and summaries, only when you use those features) and Google (public business listing search). They process data only to provide their service to us. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
Photos and AI
Photos are stored privately and location data is removed when they're uploaded. They're visible only to your account and to people you share a closeout report with. When you ask for an AI draft or summary, the relevant account details are sent to Anthropic to write it; nothing is sent until you ask.
Public records
Some features show business information from public government records, such as Florida DBPR food-service licenses. That information is about businesses and comes from those public sources.
How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account is open. After you close your account, we delete your data within 30 days, except copies we must keep for legal, tax or billing reasons, and backups that expire on their normal schedule.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your information by writing to [Support email]. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
Security
We use encrypted connections, access controls and separate customer data so one business can't see another's. No system is perfectly secure.
Children
LoadCycle is a business tool and isn't meant for anyone under 18.
Changes and contact
If we change this policy, we'll update the date above and tell account holders about significant changes. Questions: [Support email] · [Mailing address]
