Terms of Service
Last updated October 28, 2026
Draft. Have a lawyer review before launch. These terms are an agreement between your business and [Legal business name] ("we") for use of LoadCycle. By creating an account or paying, you agree to them.
Plans and prices
- Starter is a monthly subscription. Owners 1 to 10 pay $199/mo, owners 11 to 20 pay $299/mo, and later owners pay the price shown at checkout. A founding price stays the same for as long as your subscription stays active. If you cancel and come back, you pay the price offered at that time.
- Done-for-you is priced by custom quote after a free consultation, under a written scope we both sign before work starts. Ad spend and third-party tools are billed separately.
- Investor Pipeline is an optional add-on at $500/mo, added to your Starter subscription. When you add it mid-month, the first charge is prorated. If you cancel it, charges stop and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for; your investor and real estate records are kept for 12 months and come back if you restart.
- There's no free trial. Instead, if LoadCycle isn't right for you, ask for a full refund of your first payment within 14 days of signing up.
Billing and cancellation
- Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew until you cancel.
- You can cancel any time from the billing settings in your dashboard. You keep access until the end of the month you've paid for. We don't refund partial months unless the law requires it.
- If a payment fails, we may pause your account until it's resolved.
- We'll give at least 30 days' notice before changing the price of a plan that isn't price-locked.
Our guarantee
Starter: cancel any month, no contract, no setup fee. Done-for-you: every deliverable and date is written into your scope before you pay setup. If we miss a written date, that month's management fee is credited. We don't guarantee contracts, revenue, rankings or other business results.
Your data
You own the data you put into LoadCycle. We use it only to provide the service. You can export it or ask us to delete it at any time.
Your responsibilities
- Messages you send, whether from your own email and phone or through LoadCycle, come from your business. You're responsible for their content and for following the CAN-SPAM Act and other laws that apply, including adding your mailing address and an opt-out to marketing emails. When you send through LoadCycle, it adds those for you and stops emailing anyone who unsubscribes.
- AI drafts are suggestions. Review them before you send; you're responsible for what goes out.
- Don't use LoadCycle to send spam, to text people without their consent, or to break the law. We may suspend accounts that do.
- Keep your login secure. You're responsible for activity under your account.
Public records and accuracy
- Some data comes from public sources such as Florida DBPR. It can be late, incomplete or wrong. Confirm details before relying on them.
- LoadCycle doesn't set prices, dispatch trucks or manage your fleet, and doesn't guarantee vendor approvals or contracts. Estimates and final values are what you enter.
- Closeout reports document the work you record. They aren't disposal receipts, recycling certificates or signed acceptances.
- For real estate cleanouts, you're responsible for confirming legal access and disposal authorization before starting work.
- No compensation for real estate referrals is offered, paid, or facilitated through LoadCycle. LoadCycle never sells property leads and never takes or pays compensation tied to a real estate transaction. Paying referral fees to licensed real estate professionals, or to unlicensed people for referrals, can violate state real estate law.
- LoadCycle is for business-to-business outreach only. Don't use it to contact homeowners or property sellers.
Disclaimers and limits
LoadCycle is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or lost-profit damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
Law and changes
Florida law governs these terms. If we change them, we'll update the date above and notify account holders of significant changes. Questions: [Support email] · [Mailing address]
